Ingoldsby's Legends, a famous collection of legends and ghost stories and humorous tales that was most popular in the nineteenth century. The set includes two portraits of Ingoldsby and engravings by Leech and also Cruikshank, known for both his caricatures and his illustrations for numerous Dickens' stories.
