Landsborough in search for Burke and Wills

This report prints the journal of Captain Norman, including much information relating the Landsborough's search for Burke and Wills. The Victoria had been dispatched to the Gulf of Carpentaria because of the belief that Burke and Wills were most likely lost in the far north. A limited number of copies (most probably prepared for parliamentarians and persons closely connected to the relief expedition) contained lithographic maps, which are not present in this copy.
