This work is an abstract from Hertha's longer text Égalité-Liberté, and is presented to her public in the hope of making her doctrine more widely understood. Humbly, it claims to have solved all of the problems which plague humanity, including many long held to be insoluble. Hertha claims that all matter has the essence and attributes of God, and lacks only his supreme power: 'L'espèce humaine, se dirigeant par elle-même, n'étant soumise à aucune puissance qui lui soit supérieure est le seul arbitre de sa destinée.' Having established this, the work goes on to delineate the ways in which a society of responsible individuals parallels the cohesive and motive force of the universe.
