Hordern House, which occupies a large 19th-century building in Sydney's Potts Point, was founded by Anne McCormick and Derek McDonnell. It is an internationally renowned bookshop, specialising in fine copies of rare books, as well as historical paintings, manuscripts and prints.

Our main specialities are material relating to voyages, chiefly fifteenth to nineteenth centuries, Australiana, children's books, colourplate books, natural history, literature, maps, colonial and voyage art.
