What information do we collect?

Please see our Privacy Policy for details of and treatment of information we collect.

Is my credit card information safe?

Yes. All order information is processed through our secure servers. This SSL security feature scrambles all information before it is sent over the Internet and also makes sure that you are sending it to the right place.
When you enter your credit card information on the order form, the encrypted information is automatically transmitted to a credit card gateway for online credit card approval. It is really no different to having a waiter swipe your credit card in a restaurant. Both use standard phone lines, encryption coding, and authorization processes.
Once your credit card is validated, we receive an authorization and process the order.
Your credit card information is encrypted throughout this entire process and this system is very secure. You need not be concerned about someone accessing your credit card information.

Why do pages not finish loading on my computer?

If our pages are only displaying the background image and no text or links, the most likely reason is a configuration problem with your security settings. Either you have your security settings set too high, or you have scripting disabled in your current security zone. Our site, as most major sites now on the Internet, require scripting to be enabled for pages to fully load. If you are having this issue with our pages, you are likely having similar problems on many other sites as well. There are two solutions to this problem: either lower your security settings and/or enable scripting in your current security zone, or consider adding our site to your list of trusted sites.

What is Flash?

Some of the images and graphics displayed on this website use Adobe Flash. Flash is a program used to create interactive displays and navigation on websites. Some of our images use flash or shockwave player. Most modern computers ship with flash installed into the browser. Adobe Flash, or simply Flash, refers to both the Adobe Flash Player, and to the Adobe Flash Professional multimedia authoring program. Adobe Flash Professional is used to create content for the Adobe Engagement Platform (such as web applications, games and movies, and content for mobile phones and other embedded devices). The Flash Player, developed and distributed by Adobe Systems (which acquired Macromedia in a merger that was finalized in December 2005), is a client application available in most common web browsers. It features support for vector and raster graphics, a scripting language called ActionScript and bi-directional streaming of audio and video. There are also versions of the Flash Player for mobile phones and other non-PC devices

What is JavaScript?

JavaScript is an add-on program for your browser that allows you to use certain interactive functions whilst exploring websites. It is basically a simple scripting language added to your browser to enhance user interactivity. It is a scripting language developed by Netscape to enable web authors to design interactive sites. Although it shares many of the features and structures of the full Java language, it was developed independently. JavaScript can interact with HTML source code, enabling web authors to spice up their sites with dynamic content.
